Mindy,
my contractor does all the coordination for me, so I don't need to worry anything abt coordination at all.... he will always infm me wt he's doing for tt particular day n wt he's going to do next....he consults me often to see if wt he is doing is to my liking....

No usual homeowner does renovation often enough to be well-versed in the nooks n corners of the reno process... so I think, it is quite good to get someone experienced to do the coordination

naturally along the way, several changes were made to the original plan....most of the time to save cost...
fortunately, my contractor, Mr PCT, has been very patient n accommodating ....
he has never pinned us to commit to the original quote..... tt I really appreciate...
he's very meticulous... very hardworking.... has an eye for details.... not forgetful
thumbs up for his work
