Finally, we've got a place we can proudly call our home, our love nest. In some sense, finding and deciding on this resale unit isn't really easy due to our desired criteria, as below:

• 5 room corner unit
• high floor
• unblocked view
• near MRT but don't want to hear the MRT screeching sound whenever they pass by
• near amenities

Painting

Wat I had done for my reno was:

• Get aircon contractor to install all the trunkings first (without installing the aircon units yet)
• Paint the walls and the trunkings
• Install aircon units

Toilet

Grey mosiac to create a retro look with a modern twist..

Natural stone look with dark colored storage for contrast..

Slim design toilet bowls selected for both the master and common toilets.. need to be able to make space for the basins and vanity tops.
